I’ll take spirituality. There is no sacred text to point to for spirituality. We are spirits in the flesh. This means that everything we do is spiritual experience.

That means you do not have to take any drugs to have a spiritual experience.

Your brain makes DMT. A popular hallucinogenic, that if you were to mediate and experience life, you would not need to do DMT.

If you meditate and experience life, your brain will produce the DMT needed for you to see some shit that you are ready to understand.

Take the basics of shamanism. Respect that which gives life.
