It takes less than a second to say please.

Please shows respect. Knowing that each has a choice to make as to whether or not they accept the request.

Everyone knows please.

Why is it we don’t say it more often?

If I look at me, when I forget to say please, typically it’s a lapse in memory. 

Why did I forget this simple easy thing to show respect?

I don’t respect the individual I’m making the request to.

I have a job to give orders and orders don’t need a please.

That’s the two I want to focus on.

If I respect myself, why don’t I respect the individual?

For me it’s a matter of how they treated me. Treating me as I don’t deserve respect. I work to give respect to them, but at some point I stop respecting them because they have no self respect for themselves.

If I respect myself, that respect goes to everyone.  As we are all the same. Everyone deserves respect. 

In order to show self respect is to show respect to everything else.  As you know and understand that disrespect leads to unwise choices.

Unwise choices lead to devolution, not evolution.

This is why please is this important.

I have a job to give orders where please gets in the way.

Anyone who has ever served in any military, knows it’s not they don’t respect one, its that we got a job to do and if you don’t get that….

It serves a function. 

Ego.

Ego is who you are.

I choose to join the Air Force.

I choose to follow all legal orders and I was responsible to know the difference between a legal order and an illegal order.

That was a lot of choices that I may not have agreed with, however, my self respect created a character with character and I followed the order because they were legal orders.

Total egocentric statements.

The ego that can evolve is the ego that will evolve whether the conscious mind is aware.

The subconscious feeds the conscious mind what it needs to know right now.

Allowing one to understand that one has no knowledge accept that which the subconscious feeds one.

Thank you to my subconscious for feeding me this information. 

Thank you, why do we say it?

Gratitude is not a spiritual concept.

We are spirits in the material world. The Police got it right back in 1981.

Think about that, 1981, 44 years ago.

Saying thank you gives respect.

Showing gratitude is the ultimate sign of respect.

Please and thank you will guide anyone to evolution, it might take some other stuff.
