I use the same premise because everyone knows it’s unwise to give a 4 year old the power to kill.

Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader.

At the beginning he was thought to be the one to bring balance to the Force.

His love for Padame was his undoing. It made him unbalanced.

Love and lust is what he wanted. Lust is deadly.

Lusting after her is what made him choose to impress her with the Force.

This made him an easy mark for the Emporer. The Emporer manipulated Anakin until he choose to become Darth Vader.

The Dark Side of the Force is seeking power for the sake of power, not thinking about the costs. Hence why, The Emporer is all fucked up and Snote was all fucked up.

Yoda was considered to be wise. He sought truth and wisdom. In truth he found great power. In wisdom he understood what power is for and it could be used against one.

Wisdom understands that knowledge can be false.

False power is a 4 year old with a firearm.

True power cannot be stopped. It can remain hidden, however, it will be revealed. 

Yoda looked like a little doddering old fool.
