Discipline is the cornerstone of a life that lives coherently.

What is that causes us to be undisciplined?

We never knew we were undisciplined.

We don’t like disciplining ourselves.

It’s to fucking hard to be disciplined. 

I’ve heard it all and I take zero excuses.

If I, an ADHD epmpath, telepath and medium can discipline myself, you have zero excuse.

What is that gets in our way to discipline?

Peer pressure.

Everyone else is doing it.

That’s no excuse. That’s a reason why you don’t engage your self discipline.

If I don’t do it people will make fun of me.

Oh well.

The disciplined mind does not care what others say or do.

You understand that anything you bring at me, you’ll find that discipline is the answer.

If we don’t discipline ourselves, we need to be disciplined until we learn to engage our self discipline. 

This where mantras come in. Brainwashing if you will. Its the same thing.

Repetitive sayings that change your behavior. 

It’s the cornerstone of advertising. Get you in a comfortable place and repeat the message again and again.

Advertisers know this and count on it. This is why ads are bad. I pay for YouTube and Spotify to get rid of ads.

Advertisers hate me.

They’re fragmented. 

Think about it.

Why would one use what they understand about human psychology to manipulate the masses if they weren’t fragmented?

Manipulation is an unavoidable effect of fragmentation. 

Why is it good to manipulate anyone?

Why can’t you just tell them directly?

The human mind likes to think itself smart and uses colorful phrases in order to influence or manipulate anyone.

The more colorful the language the more one should pay attention to the context of that discussion. 

The more simple the language, one knows what the context is because it’s being explained. 

Unfortunately right and wrong do exist.

However, good and evil are our opinions of behavior. 

It’s not evil to kill a human if your a soldier, your just doing your job.

It’s evil for a serial killer to kill many humans. Their sick in the head.

Why is it a serial killer and a veteran who has killed many are not the same?

Many combat veterans have issues because they killed many.

There’s a group of veterans that live nearby Chico that have a saying “One more, just one more.”

Just one more kill.

Now,  not all combat veterans have thus issue. But they do have issues dealing with civilians that have no understanding of what they went through.

I never saw combat, I don’t understand what they went through.

That is where we need to be.

We don’t understand unless we have had the experience. 

True Coherence comes from understanding there are things that I will never be able to understand because I will never have the experiences.

That simple truth fragments many.

They dont accept the truth in favor of a favorable lie.

Experience breeds understanding.

Discipline can be used to learn anything.

Take the time to learn something new to understand what I’m talking about.
