How do I be better?

It takes a ton of discipline.

I know I shouldn’t do it, but it feels good.

Everyone has had this moment.

It’s a choice.

People think it’s a matter of strength and they don’t have the strength.

Bullfuckingshit!

If I can do it, anyone can do it.

It’s a choice.

If you say “I don’t have the strength.”

Your telling yourself that your weak. No one likes a weak one.

I bet you have issues making friends because they don’t like your weakness. Maybe you have friends that are as weak as you are.

A bunch of weak people, can be pummeled to death with nothing more than a word. 

Look at US politics.

Trump is weak as fuck.

If he hears a word he doesn’t like he loses his shit.

This is an example.

I use mantras.

I’ll put them at the bottom.

Using mantras is brainwashing yourself.

I wash my brain daily.  Why don’t you wash your brain?

People see brainwashing and it brings up feelings of unease.

Look at it differently and you can enjoy brainwashing yourself.

Look at ads.

Repetitive information that sticks with you. 

Brainwashing you.

It’s why I don’t like ads.

I brainwash me and no one else.

In my humility I can learn much and see where I can teach.

This last one is how to reclaim your soul from your sexual partners.
