The heart has it’s own consciousness.

Listen to your heart, your body. It will tell you what iy doesn’t like.

However as the soul we put shit in our bodies that our bodies don’t like.

Drinking.

Why do you think we throw up?

To get the poison out.

That’s what your body thinks about alcohol. It’s poison.  It destroys the brain and pickles the body.

I used to drink 3 64oz cups with a little ice filled more than half way up with Bacardi rum, and coke a day after work.

I know drinking.

Sugar.

Fucks up brain chemistry. There is no dietary value to sugar.

Natural sugars from the plant, raspberry, apple and such are all we need.

Sugar is as if not more addictive than cocaine.

Cocaine is a drug that once you do it 3 or 4 times you get addicted.

Sugar is more addictive than cocaine.

In the USA you have to pay more for the food that doesn’t have sugar in it.  Fructose, sucralose, and other names they have for sugar.

We are addicted to the food.

How is that not criminal?

Making your product addictive so they will buy more.

This what drug dealers do.

How do we get them hooked so they need more?

This is our food, what we fill ourselves up with. 

Why does it cost more for unfucked with food?

This should also be seen as criminal.

The poor eat shit and the rich eat well.

Trader Joe’s, world market and the like charge more because they can.

They see that people want good food, but you’re going to have to pay more for the food that doesn’t need to be handled by as many people and machines. 

There’s no math that can figure this out.

Snap going under for a day or some shit.

The USA was prepared with food banks.
