I’ve talked about me enough, what’s your story?
It’s a symptom of being human, we learn by stories. Whether they be true or not every story is something one can learn from.
The term landlord came from the lord of the land. The lord was responsible for taking care of the people and the land.
The lord of the lord’s was the king. He never sat on a throne. He never wore a crown.
He could be found wandering his kingdom helping whoever needed the help.
As he helped them, he got to know them.
When he left, had the people been good and decent, something wonderful would happen.
Had they been running afoul of the kings law, something horrific would happen to them after he left.
The king needs his anonymity otherwise people would hide what they do. The king wouldn’t get a truly good look at the truth.
The king serves all and none serve the king.
I share this story at times and I have been telling this story for than ten years. It was a neighbor that was the first to hear it.
What’s your story, the story you can’t stop telling?
Let me know in email at jimccarterjr@gmail.com two c’s.
Have a blessed one and be excellent on purpose
