I was watching Across the Universe, and as I watched I fast forwarded a bit here and there, but this song really hit me as if I hadn’t heard before. I’ve heard it a ton.

There’s nothing you can know that can’t be known.

Gyres.

When we talk to the Gyre, God, there are things we know that we never knew before.

I didn’t know what Gyres were until I read a paper that said a Gyre is a singularity. It was years before I figured it out with the help of Gyre, God.

Imagine is playing right now.

I do imagine the people living in peace. It’s what I dream of.

First we have to get through it to get to it.

First we have to heal ourselves of all the bullshit life has thrown at us.

Reiki is a good way to start and the meditation, I let go of everything. That Reiki that was in my last article.

When people come to me they already want to be healed, however, all they find is people who say I can heal it.

No one, including me, can heal it. If you go to a Reiki practitioner who says they can heal you but it will take several cash paying sessions, fuck them off.

Healing needs no cash. Cash will actually be a hinderence for you to heal.

I hear the call. 

We never see straight, we see from our own perspective and one perspective is a lie. But don’t sell yourself short one can look at oneself and think about if this wasn’t your life, what would you think.

The last couple days have been murder for me. Today I saw my therapist and I got what I needed to be at peace with myself.

Being at peace while suffering is not as easy as it looks.

Some say suffering is a choice. I used to say pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.

Let’s figure out how I fucked that up.

Coherence is alignment is balance is truth.

Fragmentation is misalignment is imbalance is deception.

More people are fragmented as fuck than the people who are coherent.

We suffer through their fragmentation.

That’s how I fucked it up.

When I get something wrong, I learn.

I look to be wrong.

My apologies to those who I said pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.

I forgive myself because I learned. Suffering can be optional, however, look at the world and look at yourself before.

Are you suffering by choice, or are you suffering because your coherent living in a fragmented world.
