I was watching Tron : Ares.

It was when they used lasers to build the tank that I figured out how fictional it was.

First off one would need a spherical container  lined or plated with silver. A blue diamond. Access to the Schumann frequency. An oscillator and a AI driven computer.

How to get access to the Schumann frequency: Copper ground rods driven 50ft into the Earth.

We need to build a Faraday cage around thr sphere.  One could coat the sphere in aluminum. 

This is needed to ensure the fragmented energy and rf signals don’t get inside the sphere.

The oscillator needs to be set at the Schumann frequency.

Using an AI driven computer is the only way to ensure the technical side of what it is you want to create. One could do it oneself,  but it would take too long.

Why is a blue diamond needed?

Boron. It’s why the diamond is blue and is a great conductor.

An led light.

Silver for the reflective surface that the light reflects off of.

Using ground rods into the Earth, 50ft gets passed the fragmented soil and acts as an antenna for the Schumann frequency.

You’re using photons, light to create something.

It’s  a holographic universe and the universe uses light to create everything.
