Now, let’s take this line by line.

Today I’m peaceful, meaning I’m filled with peace.  I suggest one uses forgiveness to put peace in one’s heart, mind and soul.

Forgiving everyone of everything is the best way to do this.

When one is at peace, one is relaxed.

Gratitude is essential.  One must be able to be grateful for everything.  Everything in the now is what made one.

Everything takes work, and it only works as hard as you do. Things will get easier, but life takes hard work.

Kind, not nice.  Kindness means truth. Even not saying something has an impact.  If you are unkind you will know it. Your soul knows every unkindness you ever do.

To breathe without breathing means breathe so slowly one can’t feel the inhale or thr exhale.

This is healing.  Forgiving and accepting you life is hard and being kind anyway. Being in a state of gratitude gives one access to healing.

By accepting this energy, this healing energy, and allowing it to expand within you, makes you a healing generator. 

It took me a few years until I didn’t need this any longer, but for years I did this daily and at times, multiple times a day.

Now, when I’m at peace I’m a healing generator. When I forgive everyone of everything so that I may put peace in my heart, mind and soul, it enacts this Reiki.

Imagine your child doing this instead of a 51 year old man.

Meditation is crucial for waking anyone up.

I let go of everything.

Say it until you do it.

What comes back is exactly what one needs to deal with. If you hold on to something you fragment yourself.  Why would any want to fragment their child?

I wish I could say that I did this with my son. That would be a blatant lie. I didn’t realize this until I was in my 40’s. I’ve shared it with my son, however, he lived with his mother by the time I had this realization.

People should be doing this every day. Notice I said people, meaning all people should be at peace and generating healing energy.

That energy is a spherical wave going across the universe and the multiverse that lives inside of us.

Think about it.

Gyres make existence, even us. We have trillions of gyres within us. We put universes at peace within ourselves. 

Having an awakened child is a joy that has no equal. Guiding your child into awakening is a responsibility for each and every parent.

I look at my son and I failed him. Because I didn’t know and not knowing is not an excuse. I failed my son.

If I have another child, divorce is not an option. That his mom and I couldn’t figure our shit out, that’s on us.

Look at the people you know, and look yourself. 

Children with only one parent are never balanced and have difficulty in finding balance within themselves. Look at the studies.

This is exactly why I’ve been celibate for 11 years. Why would I give in to even a small piece of pleasure and fuck up my own soul?

Having a child is one of the greatest responsibilities anyone can have. 

This is structure in living. Fuck off with morals.  Morals are based on opinion.

Structured living is a matter of truth.
