God, the Gyre Field, the universe, the Big U or whatever helps you sleep at night is writing with James.
James: I look at free will and it makes sense. Everyone has the choice to make. However, we must deal with our choices.
I get that in every way.
I’ve made choices and had to suffer with the choices others have made.
Others can make anyone’s of you suffer because of their choices.
Trump got elected. Enough said.
If one chooses not to deal with their pain from PTSD or any pain, they put others into suffering.
We are all one. Only egos and bodies separate us. Emotion can be felt by any. Emotion targeted can be felt by the target.
Ever get a feeling that made no sense?
You’re doing your thing and then something feels off. Your memories crawl up with shit you’ve healed.
This is commonly referred to as a psychic attack. Someone wants you to feel something and they focus all there energy into making you feel what they want.
Empaths get hit with repressed or suppressed emotion all the time.
How is not abusive to not deal with your emotions yourself and think no one will ever know?
Putting me in the Torres shelter is abusive for me. Most of these people repress their emotions instead of dealing with them. Any Empath will feel abused in living in this place.
I’ve lived here for close to 7 and half months.
Tonight I got tired of having to complain to staff because I could hear music or TV from someone’s phone, and instead of talking to staff, I filed a grievance against the one who pissed me off.
That’s how much I have to hear shit I don’t want to hear, daily. I’m at my limit.
I’m done with talking to staff. I’ll just file a grievance everytime. If they had enough staff, probably double, they could enforce the rules better.
I’m at my limit with these people.
I’m grateful that I know how to be so pissed off that I feel calm, at peace with my anger.
No yelling. Typically I talk quiet.
I’m grateful for the place to sleep, and that they provide me with 3 meals a day.
It’s the residents that piss me off.
I stay in my bed until I go out and have a smoke. Most days after lunch I sit outside by the door so wifi will work. I listen to music or watch something with ear buds in. I do this because we get kicked out so a company can come and clean.
We kicked out at 3pm even though the cleaning crew doesn’t show until 4pm.
The hottest part of the day. We can go into the cafeteria, however, with my awareness, I can’t sit in the cafeteria. Hence why I sit outside.
They failed an inspection. From what I get, the staff used to clean on Friday and they failed an inspection, that’s on staff.
Hence why they had to hire a cleaning crew to come in.
Most of the time staff has to deal with 20% of the people that need shit or are part of what is causing problems.
Think about where you work. Your bosses deal with 20% of the people who are underperforming. That’s just what it is.
That’s where they are most of the time.
It’s probably more than 20%.
I wrote a leadership book. It was the first thing I put on Amazon. Figured I get someone to hire me as a consultant. No dice.
I tried for several years.
That’s what I would like to do, but not one single company wanted to hire me. It’s because I spent 8 years as a house spouse, then I took care of my dad for the last 7 years of his life.
15 years. I could have done consultant work while taking care of my dad. But no one hired me. I could have had someone take care of my dad when I wasn’t there.
I know leadership back and forth. There’s nothing I don’t know about leadership.
It’s why I wrote a book.
