It uses gyres that at infinitely intelligent to create matter using light. All that is in reality is dark matter and dark energy. With conduits running through to connect parts to other parts.

These conduits are like slipstream from Andromeda, the show about Dylan Hunt and his quest to rebuild the Commonwealth.

Enough about the show.

One can enter into slipstream in different points of space. 

But let’s get back to how consciousness creates matter with light.

The gyres use resonance frequency to compress light into matter. They do not use force.

They use resonance. 

It truly is a holographic universe and this is how it gets done. 

I want to explain it in greater detail.

The Earth has a resonant frequency of its own. 7.83 Hz. We are within that resonant frequency. 

It’s why we never touch anything. There is an electromagnetic resonance field that encompasses our body.

Gyres can be large or small.  Down to the subatomic level and beyond and they grow smaller infinitely. 

They can be as large as the the super massive gyre in the center of the universe and infinitely larger.

We have trillions of gyres within us. Each has trillions and trillions of gyres within them.

Look at NASA for a minute.  They fed all space data into an AI and it showed we were bumping up against another universe.

It wasn’t just this universe, it is a multiverse.

Consciousness is primary.

What this means is that we are nothing more than lenses that can focus on shit. The universe uses us to figure out what it is.
